Conventional Wellheads

Canary provides design, manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and testing of Conventional Surface Wellhead Systems, Christmas Trees, Gate Valves (manual and pneumatic, hydraulic actuated), Ball Valves (manual and pneumatic/hydraulic actuated), Check Valves, Globe Valves, Single Well (Onshore) and Multi-Well (Offshore) Emergency Shut Down Systems (Pneumatic-Hydraulic-Electric).

Features on our conventional wellhead equipment include the use of automatic slip hangers, elastometer seals and industry standard American Petroleum Institute (API) connections on all equipment. We also feature working pressure designs rated from 2,000 to 20,000. Our wellheads are tough, tested, & trusted by our clients nationwide, making them a great choice for any drilling crew.

Canary is in the unique position as a single-point source of supply for all new and refurbished Conventional Surface Systems and integral components. This allows us to provide our customers with a totally compatible and totally warranted lump sum turnkey package.

a) Manual Gate Valves: We offer both floating slab gate and wedge gate valves available in sizes ranging from 1-13/16” thru 7-1/16” full bore and 2,000 psi thru 15,000 psi pressure ratings in various end connections and material classes to meet customer specifications.

b) Automated Gate Valves (SSV): Model Hydraulic and Model Pneumatic Piston Actuators for Fail Safe reverse acting gate valves are available in sizes ranging from 1-13/16” thru 7-1/16” full bore and 2,000 psi thru 15,000 psi pressure rating in various end connections and material classes to meet customer specifications.

c) Choke Valves: We have a wide range of valves, available in sizes ranging from 1-13/16’ thru 7-1/16” and 2,000 psi thru 15,000 psi pressure ratings and various end connections and material classes to meet customer specifications. Existing FWC Positive Chokes can easily be field converted to Adjustable Chokes with bonnet interchanges.

d) Tree Cap (BHTA): B-15, B-11-AO are available in sizes ranging from 2-1/16” thru 3- 1/16” and 2,000 psi thru 10,000 psi pressure rating with material classes to meet customer specifications. Also referred to as Bottom Hole Test Adapter.

e) Tees & Crosses: Are available in Run and Wing sizes 1-13/16” thru 7-1/16” and 2,000 psi thru 15,000 psi pressure ratings, studded and material classes to meet customer specifications.

Thru-Bore Wellheads

Our “AB” speed systems help increase the amount of time saved during installation and production, part of our goal to decrease rig costs and save you money. With the goal of quick and efficient installation in mind, our thru-bore systems are constructed as a single, solid unit with a minimum of two drilling spools, allowing for drilling operations to run simultaneously.

Frac-Tree Rental

Frac-Trees are available for rent to customers of all sizes and needs. Canary’s frac-tree options include the following sizes, rated for pressure levels of 5k through 15k with sizes varying from 1-13/16 to 7-1/16
